Whether you’re buying on your own, with your partner or some friends, stepping onto the property ladder for the first time can be exciting and scary all at the same time.

Tina will do all the hard work so that you can spend more time looking for the right property and less time on the paperwork.

Raising a deposit for your first home can be the stumbling block for many of you trying to get onto the property ladder. The Government’s First Home Owner Grant (FHOG) can help you get off the starting block and on the way to owning your first home. This is a one-off State Government grant payment of $7000. Click here for more information about the First Home Owners Grant. You could also qualify for a First Home Saver Accounts (FHSA), a savings account with tax concessions and other Government contributions designed to help savers build a nest egg deposit faster than a conventional savings account. Click here to visit the government website to find out more about First Home Saver Accounts.

We can help you put together a savings plan and assess your eligibility for financial assistance and grants from the Government.
